SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION COACHING AND HEALING PROGRAMS
I am here to assist, support and guide you in your continual and ever-
expanding journey of Self discovery. I will be your “spiritual friend” and as
such will reflect back to you the Truth of who you are. Together we may sit
in stillness, speak of challenges you are facing, delve into all the places you
may still be hiding and celebrate your courage and commitment to know your
Self even more.

Sessions are offered both individually and as part of a holistic program of
spiritual counseling offered over a 6-month to a year or as part of a weekly
spiritual coaching and mentoring program. .
This may include many different aspects such as:

- Learning the basic metaphysical laws of nature.
- Learning the safeguards of pure channeling and becoming a channel for
yourself.
- Making a direct connection with your I AM Presence, Ascended Masters
and any other guides you may have and receiving guidance as needed.
- Developing your intuition and inner sensitivity.
- Journaling with specific questions for contemplation and inspiration.
- Meditation practices to help focus and still the mind.
- Shamanic journey work.
| About the Sessions |
- Psych-K – balances the left and right brain hemispheres allowing your
subconscious and conscious mind to align and be fully integrated thus
changing your limited negative beliefs and creating new positive beliefs and
new neuropathways. You may choose to do a session on a specific area of
beliefs in your life or on many different areas over a period of time. In the
session we will focus on clearing negative core beliefs as much as possible.
Results are immediately felt.
- EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT has been used to shift states
of emotional energy and physiological responses to trauma both in the past
and present. It is highly effective in breaking up the patterns by tapping on
specific meridian points. It can be used to discharge the emotional energy
in the cellular memory so that a balanced state can be accessed.
- Accessing your Akashic Records - By accessing your personal Akashic
Records, we can gain insight and wisdom, guidance about what ever issue
or aspect of your life you are working on. Karmic and past life influences
can be also be cleared in a session.
- AVESA Quantum Balancing – Avesa balancing restores quantum
communication and balancing to quality of soul energy coming out of the
chakras. You may feel significantly more relaxed, centered and at peace.
- Channeling Sessions - Done with another trained person in this specific
method, you will be able to receive your I AM connection, speak with the
Masters and open to being a channel for yourself. Guidance on any issue
can be requested.
- Massage Sessions - One- and one-and-a-half hour of ecstatic massage with
optional Avesa balancing blending Swedish, Esalen and Deep Tissue (if
desired). Relax, open, receive!
- Ecstatic Breathing Sessions - Breathing is the most powerful tool you
have that will support breaking through to the other side of any issue, or
core belief. With Ecstatic Breathing you will open to more ecstatic energy
and bliss in your body.
| In-Person Sessions May Include |
- Avesa Quantum Balance Session: $20 (session is 15 minutes).
- On-going spiritual unfoldment sessions: $75 per hr.
- Psych-K sessions: $75 per hour. Sessions are normally one hour. First
session is 2 to 2.5 hours. Receive a half hour free on first sessions.
- Massage sessions: $65 for 1 hour, $90 for 1 hour and a half
- Massage sessions with Avesa: $85 for 1 hr. and 15 minutes
- Ecstatic Breathing Sessions: 1 hour, $75 sliding scale
Combinations of these techniques can be arranged with 1.5 hour sessions.
