a midwife to your spirit and soul, I am here to assist, support and
guide you in your continual and ever-expanding journey of Self
discovery. I will be your “spiritual friend” and as such will reflect
back to you the Truth of who you are. Together we may sit in
stillness, speak of challenges you are facing, delve into all the
places you may still be hiding and celebrate your courage and
commitment to know your Self even more.

Sessions are offered both individually and as part of a holistic
program of spiritual counseling offered over a 6-month to a year.
During this time we will explore where you are now, and map out a
spiritual practice that will assist you specifically in your deepening
connection with your Self.

- Journaling with specific questions for contemplation and
inspiration.
- Meditation practices to help focus and still the mind.
- Shamanic journey work.

| What is a Midwife to the Soul and a Spiritual Life Coach? |
- Psych-K – balances the left and right brain hemispheres allowing your subconscious
and conscious mind to align and be fully integrated thus changing your limited
negative beliefs and creating new positive beliefs and new neuropathways. You may
choose to do a session on a specific area of beliefs in your life or on many different
areas over a period of time. In the session we will focus on clearing negative core
beliefs as much as possible. Results are immediately felt.
- AVESA Quantum Balancing – Avesa balancing restores quantum communication
and balancing to quality of soul energy coming out of the chakras. You may feel
significantly more relaxed, centered and at peace.
- Channeling Sessions - Done with another trained person in this specific method, you
will be able to receive your I AM connection, speak with the Masters and open to
being a channel for yourself. Guidance on any issue can be requested.
- Massage Sessions - One- and one-and-a-half hour of ecstatic massage with optional
Avesa balancing blending Swedish, Esalen and Deep Tissue (if desired). Relax, open,
receive!
- Ecstatic Breathing Sessions - Breathing is the most powerful tool you have that will
support breaking through to the other side of any issue, or core belief. With Ecstatic
Breathing you will open to more ecstatic energy and bliss in your body.

- Avesa Quantum Balance Session: $20 (session is 15 minutes).
- On-going spiritual unfoldment sessions: $75 per hr.
- Psych-K sessions: $75 per hour. Sessions are normally one hour. First session
is 2 to 2.5 hours. Receive a half hour free on first sessions.
- Massage sessions: $65 for 1 hour, $90 for 1 hour and a half
- Massage sessions with Avesa: $85 for 1 hr. and 15 minute
